Ep 12 Dale Whitnell

Ahead of this week's Austrian Golf Open we got the chance to chat to European Tour pro and 1x Challenge Tour winner Dale Whitnell on his very interesting rise to the European Tour. Dale speaks about playing in the 2009 Walker Cup for GB & Ire against USA and what it was like to represent GB & Ire at the time. He also turned pro that year in 2009 starting out on the Challenge Tour from 2010-2013 then dropping back into local tours until getting his chance back on the Challenge Tour in 2019. Dale speaks about what it felt like to beat Laurie Canter in a play off to win the 2019 KPMG Trophy in Belgium winning his maiden title in the Challenge Tour which set him up to where he is today challenging in European Tour events. Was a privilege to talk to Dale. Definitely recommend this one!
